Price and Payment
For all goods or services ordered by you, you must pay the price listed on our website at the time your order is accepted. All payments must be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). We may contact you directly to verify your payment details. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Order and Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver goods within 5 business days from the date we receive and accept your order, subject to stock availability. If we anticipate any delay, we will notify you with the reason and provide an estimated delivery date. You may then choose to proceed with or cancel your order. Delivery timeframes for services will be as specified on our website or as otherwise agreed between you and Ahgoo. We are not liable for any delays in the delivery of goods or services, including delays caused by third-party couriers.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Returned goods must be accompanied with receipt
- Goods must bereturned within 7 days of delivery
- Goods must be inoriginal condition as purchased, unused, and in their original packaging
Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.
Property and Risks
Property and risk in goods ordered by you from us will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address for the relevant order.
