Shipping Policy
Ahgoo delivers across Australia via courier.
Orders over $100 are shipped free Australia-wide. Orders under this amount incur a flat rate of $9.95 (For oversized or heavy items, shipping costs may vary and will be calculated at checkout based on the item’s size and weight). Express Post pricing is weight and size dependent and will be shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery time for metro areas is 3 – 5 business days, with longer timeframes possible for regional and remote locations. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days for metro deliveries, please contact us at support@ahgoo.com.au.
Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 – 2 business days once funds have cleared. Please note that during busy sale periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer, we appreciate your patience. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee courier timeframes as delays may occasionally occur.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your product arrives faulty or becomes defective during the warranty period, we will provide a full replacement or full refund, including postage / shipping costs.
If you change your mind and your Ahgoo product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, we will offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Please email support@ahgoo.com.au before returning any items. Returns sent without prior communication may not be eligible for a refund.
